Patrick Ofoe Domeh – Founder & CEO
Patrick Ofoe Domeh is a purpose-driven leader, entrepreneur, and nation-builder who believes that the future of Africa lies in the potential of its young people. As the Founder and CEO of Internship Africa, Patrick is on a mission to transform how students and graduates find their path in life — by connecting them to real opportunities, practical experiences, and the confidence to dream bigger.
Born and raised in Ghana, Patrick understands firsthand the struggles many young Africans face in bridging the gap between education and employment. With passion rooted in purpose, he created Internship Africa as a platform that not only connects young talents to internships but also inspires them to take charge of their future. For him, it’s more than placement — it’s about impact, transformation, and legacy.
Armed with an MBA from Accra Business School (University of Goldcoast), Patrick combines knowledge, heart, and hustle in all that he does. He is also the founder of EasyIntern, a tech platform revolutionizing internship access, and GoldState Africa, a management consultancy firm.
Through his leadership, countless young people have found direction, mentorship, and meaningful career paths. Patrick’s story is proof that one idea, powered by belief and bold action, can change lives. His vision is clear: an Africa where young people rise — not by chance, but by choice and opportunity.
